How RoomAI Handles Your Data

RoomAI processes uploaded room photos and billing metadata only as needed to deliver AI redesigns, operate subscriptions, and support customers.

What We Collect

We collect the room images you submit for redesign, the prompts and style selections tied to those requests, basic usage telemetry needed to run rate limits, and the payment details Stripe shares with us for subscription support. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored by RoomAI. We also automatically collect usage data including pages visited and features used through analytics services described below.

How We Use It

Submitted photos are used to generate redesign results, debug failed jobs, and respond to support requests. Billing metadata is used to confirm active subscriptions, handle cancellations, and investigate payment issues. We do not sell personal information.

Data Processors

We use the following third-party services to operate RoomAI. Each processor handles data only as needed for its stated purpose:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) — Collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how visitors use our service. You can opt out via the cookie consent banner. Data is processed under Google's privacy policy.
  • Stripe (Stripe, Inc., USA) — Processes subscription payments securely. Your payment data is handled directly by Stripe and not stored on our servers. Stripe privacy policy.
  • fal.ai (fal.ai, Inc., USA) — Processes your uploaded room photos and style selections to generate AI redesign outputs. Uploaded content is processed temporarily and not retained by fal.ai. fal.ai privacy policy.
  • Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) — Hosts and serves the application. Standard web server logs (IP address, request path) may be collected.

Retention and Requests

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We do not market or resell uploaded room photos. If you need a deletion or privacy request handled, email support@symplyai.io from the address tied to your subscription and include enough context for us to locate the request safely.
